These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the dane55 website, mobile-optimised site, and any related services (collectively, "the Platform") operated by dane55. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform, had an account suspended, or been found guilty of fraudulent conduct in connection with any gaming platform.

To access the real-money features of the dane55 Platform, you must register a member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the dane55 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or related payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, dane55 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit all associated balances without prior notice.

Identity Verification (KYC): dane55 is required to verify the identity of all members as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. You may be asked at any time — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity — to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)

Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. All deposits and withdrawals on the dane55 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dane55 does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Accepted Deposit Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and standard interbank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account, or to a verified Pakistani bank account in the member's own name.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• dane55 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing times.
• In cases where a fraudulent deposit is identified (including chargebacks), dane55 reserves the right to reverse all associated winnings and suspend the account pending investigation.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. dane55 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as per its dormant account policy communicated at the time of account notification.

dane55 offers various promotions to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to registered members of the dane55 Platform who have completed the applicable verification steps. Only one welcome bonus is available per member, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus. Any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus period.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions, or used in conjunction with other active bonuses unless explicitly permitted.
• dane55 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus, free spin winnings, or associated gains if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse of multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.
• Where a member makes a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, dane55 reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal.
• Specific games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Casino slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate. Check the individual promotion page for exact contribution rates.
• dane55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, in its absolute discretion.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the dane55 Platform, including sports betting (cricket, PSL, and other markets), live casino games, slots, and all other game formats offered.

General Gaming Conditions:

• All bets and wagers placed on the dane55 Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet before confirmation.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of real dealer activity. dane55 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure — including server outages, disconnections, or software errors — that interrupts a game session or bet, dane55 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session or settle the bet according to the game state at the point of failure. Where this is not possible, affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the member's account.
• dane55 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed as a result of a pricing error, system error, or obvious mistake. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the member's account in full.

Sports Betting — Cricket & PSL:

• All cricket and sports betting markets — including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches — are governed by the specific rules displayed on the sportsbook page for each market.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or removed at any time without notice, including mid-event.
• Match or event cancellations, postponements, or walkovers will be settled according to the governing rules of the relevant market, which may result in bets being voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. dane55 reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits where it deems necessary.

The following actions constitute serious violations of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances. dane55 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information during registration, impersonating another person, or using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits.
• Money Laundering: Using the dane55 Platform as a vehicle to launder funds obtained through criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in compliance with AML obligations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gaming. This constitutes fraud.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or using prohibited betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in table games or sportsbook betting involving match-fixing.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any form of automation to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for regular human use.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets in connection with any form of match-fixing or illegal manipulation of sporting events, including PSL cricket matches.
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access or operate your account. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered member.

All content on the dane55 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dane55 or its respective licensors and game providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software
• Use the dane55 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express prior written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose

Any unauthorised use of dane55's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Your use of the dane55 Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy in full.

dane55 collects personal information from members for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform. • Interruption of service, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or temporary unavailability of the Platform
• Errors in odds, pricing, or game display that are corrected pursuant to dane55's right to void bets placed on erroneous markets

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dane55 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted operation of the Platform or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond personal entertainment gaming.

Gambling Losses: dane55 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred by members. Gambling involves risk, and it is each member's personal responsibility to make informed decisions about their gaming activity.

By the Member: You may close your dane55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements.

By dane55: dane55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within required timeframes
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Identification of the account holder as an ineligible user (underage, excluded, or otherwise restricted)
• Requirements of applicable law, regulation, or licensing obligation

Upon termination for cause, dane55 reserves the right to retain funds associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse pending investigation. Where termination occurs for reasons other than member misconduct, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned through the member's verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international licensing frameworks.

dane55 operates under internationally recognised online gaming standards. In the event of any dispute between a member and dane55 that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure outlined in Section 14, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under the applicable licensing framework.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

dane55 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, or business policy decisions.

When material changes are made to these Terms, dane55 will notify registered members by one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed on the Platform at login, an email notification sent to the registered email address on the account, or an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the dane55 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
